At Lifeline CPR Services, our mission is to deliver exceptional education and training in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills to act confidently in emergencies. Our vision is to contribute to a world where everyone is empowered with the knowledge and confidence to act decisively in emergencies, saving lives through CPR training, education, and awareness.

We are dedicated to enhancing the safety and well-being of our communities by providing Heart & Stroke™ courses which involves hands-on instruction that transforms life-saving techniques into a lifeline for those in need.

Our Team

We are an organization of dedicated parents from diverse healthcare backgrounds who have personally faced the realities of infant choking and adult cardiac arrests. Having witnessed firsthand the life-saving impact of CPR and choking first aid, we are committed to equipping everyone with the essential knowledge and skills to make a difference when it matters most.

Our team of experienced healthcare professionals includes Respiratory Therapists, Nurses, and support staff who are all committed to providing the best BLS, First aid, and CPR training experience for you. We work together to ensure that each student receives the individualized attention they need to provide high quality CPR.

Our Services

We deliver Heart & Stroke™ training programs that offer a wide range of course options for people who want to learn, refresh, certify, and expand their ability to respond to a cardiac emergency. Whether you are a medical professional, a parent, or a community member with no medical training, Heart & Stroke™ has a course for you.

For all BLS, First Aid, and CPR training programs you will be required to purchase the required reading material through the Heart Shop at Heart & Stroke™ Canada.

Program Details

Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider

FOR: All Healthcare Professionals and Trained Responders and first time BLS Learners
DURATION: 4 hours in-class
COURSE FEE: $60
COURSE REQUIREMENTS: BLS Provider Manual (RE3410E) or E-book (RE3410ED) from the Heart Shop
CERTIFICATION: Valid for 1 year
CME/CPD CREDITS: For Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada - eligible for 2 credits/hr under section 2 of the MOC Program as "Traineeships"

Select Program

Basic Life Support (BLS) Renewal

FOR: All Healthcare Professionals and Trained Responders who use BLS skills regularly and require limited practice to renew their annual certification
DURATION: 3 hours in-class
COURSE FEE: $60
PREREQUISITES: Valid BLS Certification or BLS Renewal Prerequisite Challenge Certification ($10 and 30 min online session)
COURSE REQUIREMENTS: BLS Provider Manual (RE3410E) or E-book (RE3410ED) from the Heart Shop
CERTIFICATION: Valid for 1 year
CME/CPD CREDITS: For Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada - eligible for 2 credits/hr under section 2 of the MOC Program as "Traineeships"

- Hybrid (online and in-class): 2 hours only

CERTIFICATION: Valid for 2 years
